Baked Egg Frittata.
Simple to do, and tailored to individual taste by adding any vegetables.

1 Large onion
1 Large sweet pepper
1 cup of mushrooms
1 cup of reduced fat cheese
Spray 1 cal oil onto a baking tray. Place into a pre heated oven.
Whisk whole eggs thoroughly then add the remainder of ingredients
Spread evenly the contents onto the tray and bake for 35-45 minutes.
Can be eaten hot or cold.

    Sweet blog! I found it while searching on Yahoo News. Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
