High Protein Egg White Omelette
When stuck for time and need something to eat to fill the hunger gap until lunch just simply having a carton of egg whites which is so convenient. In this omelette there’s only chilli flakes and a pinch of salt and took 2 mins to prepare and cook.
0 carbs minimal fat because I used fry light and about 6g protein.
Add whatever veg to make it into a more substantial snack/meal.
