When your looking for a post workout snack which has both carbs and protein then this fits the bill perfectly. The 3 ingredients are only rolled oats, banana and protein powder (I use herbalife pdm). Approximately 47 calories per ball and around 8 grams of protein and 24 grams of carbs with little sugar of only 5.1 grams.
1 large banana
1 serving of protein powder
85 grams rolled oats
To make pour the protein powder into a food processor for about 1 minute until the oats are finely chopped but not smooth.
Add the banana and continue blending until the dough is coarse yet can be pliable.
Roll into 12 balls and place into a container and stored in a fridge.
