A quick and easy recipe today.
Frozen Strawberry Yogurt
Ideal to have in the summer and low in calories.
Ingredients
140g Strawberries
1/2 x 450g can light condensed milk
500g tub 0% fat Greek yogurt
Chop up roughly the strawberries and blend in food processor or a stick blender to a purée consistency.
In a large bowl, stir the condensed milk into the blended strawberries and mix well.
Scrape the mixture into a freezer suitable container, put on the lid or wrap well with cling film and freeze overnight until solid. When your ready to serve remove yoghurt from the freezer 10-15 minutes beforehand. This can be frozen for up to 1 month.
This can also be done with frozen berries. We like to add a little extra protein.
