One way to predict the future is to create it. Have you started to create a short, medium or long term plan? Are you going to exactly what you did last week or the week before and still wonder why your unhappy? For example, maybe you have wanted to change how you feel about yourself and you get to the weekend and say you will start a new exercise regime or diet on Monday. Monday comes then life takes over so you put it off until next week. Maybe you have considered working for yourself but then thought it’s too much of a risk to go it alone?
