A Healthy Breakfast Alternative

Chia Blueberry Overnight Oats
A healthy breakfast option which is high in protein and a great source of fibre.
120ml water
120g fat free yoghurt
50g rolled oat
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 serving of Herbalife Formula 1
1 serving Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
15g blueberries, slightly mashed

Place the yoghurt in a bowl then whisk in the water. Add in the oats, chia seeds, Formula 1 shake, PDM and the blueberries. Mix well together.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

Suggestion: mash the blueberries first before adding into the mixture.
