A quick & easy snack packed full of protein

Protein Balls
Takes minutes to make and a real treat to have when hunger hits. Store in a fridge in a airtight container.

200g low fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
200g oatmeal
2.5 servings (70g) PDM
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of coconut beverage
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
For more protein we add 1 serving of Herbalife Personal Protein Powder.

Preheat the oven to 190C
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until the dough comes together.
Form the mixture into balls, roll the balls in the sesame seeds then bake for 15-20 minutes.
