A Vegetarian Meal, Slow Cooker Style

Slow cooker recipe- Moroccan Vegetable Stew
2 onions, sliced
4 sticks celery, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, sliced
2 red peppers, cut into 2.5cm squares
1 x 400g tin of chickpeas
2 x 400g tin of tomatoes
2 bay leaves
100ml water.

Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker on HIGH for 8 hours or on AUTO for at least 6 hours. It’s that simple to do.
