Burpees
The least liked bodyweight exercise yet can be the most effective and rewarding one to get results.

There are huge advantages of burpees such as building muscle, burning fat and improving cardio endurance. 

They train the whole body and all the major muscle groups are engaged.

The diagram illustrates the 7 steps to a basic burpee. After a period of mastering the burpee you could add a few other things such as press ups, tuck jumps, lunges etc. There are so many variations to mix and match your training.
