How To Exercise Better in Heat

Think we can all relate after the last couple of days ?

On a serious note if you are exercising in this heat here’s a few tips
Stay hydrated, but don’t drink ice cold drinks (alcohol not recommended ??)
Exercise at a lower intensity and have more recovery breaks.
Aim to exercise at cooler times of the day.
